Anti-Human Mu Heavy Chain (IgM)
DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS: Mouse anti Human IgM antibody, clone 47.2.E9 reacts with human IgM and recognizes the Mu chain.
IgM is expressed intracellularly, during early stages of B lymphopoiesis, and then on the surface of more mature B cells in the bone marrow and peripheral B cells.
This antibody should be used in conjunction with a panel of antibodies to aid in the identification of immunoglobulin M in target tissue (e.g., in the diagnosis of renal or dermal pathologies).
The interpretation of the results should be always corroborated with those of external controls and integrated with the morphological and clinical aspects for the final diagnosis.
Anti-human Mouse Antibody to Mu Heavy Chain (IgM). Fluorescein Conjugated Monoclonal antibody purified from serum and prepared in buffer with carrier protein and preservative for stabilization.
IMMUNOGEN: Native IgM.
