آنتی بادی Human Albumin (Polyclonal) -FITC

    نمره 0 از 5

    Anti-Human Albumin

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS: Albumin is a soluble, monomeric protein which comprises about one-half of the blood serum protein. Albumin functions primarily as a carrier protein for steroids, fatty acids, and thyroid hormones and plays a role in stabilizing extracellular fluid volume. Albumin is synthesized in the liver as preproalbumin which has an N-terminal peptide that is removed before the nascent protein is released from the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The product, proalbumin, is in turn cleaved in the Golgi vesicles to produce the secreted albumin. This antibody should be used in conjunction with a panel of antibodies to aid in the identification of albumin in target tissue (e.g., in the diagnosis of renal or dermal pathologies). The interpretation of the results should be always corroborated with those of external controls and integrated with the morphological and clinical aspectsfor the final diagnosis.

COMPOSITION Anti-human Rabbit Antibody to Albumin. Fluorescein Conjugated Polyclonal antibody purified from serum and prepared in buffer with carrier protein and preservative for stabilization

    IMMUNOGEN: Albumin (Human Serum)

  • Anti-Human C1q (Polyclonal) -FITC
    ایمونوفلورسانس

آنتی بادی Human C1q (Polyclonal) -FITC

    نمره 0 از 5

    Anti-Human C1q

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS :C1q associates with the proenzymes C1r and C1s to yield C1, the first component of the serum complement system. The collagen-like regions of C1q interact with the Ca(2+)-dependent C1r(2)C1s(2) proenzyme complex, and efficient activation of C1 takes place on interaction of the globular heads of C1q with the Fc regions of IgG or IgM antibody present in immune complexes.

C1q is predominantly produced by macrophages but also by follicular dendritic cells, interdigitating cells and cells of the monocyte-macrophage lineage. C1q deficiency has a profound effect on host defence and clearance of immune complexes. Absence of C1q may cause autoimmunity by impairment of the clearance of apoptotic cells. Inherited C1q deficiency is also associated with the development of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

This antibody should be used in conjunction with a panel of antibodies to aid in the identification of C1q fragment in target tissue (e.g., in the diagnosis of renal or dermal pathologies).

The interpretation of the results should be always corroborated with those of external controls and integrated with the morphological and clinical aspects for the final diagnosis

COMPOSITION: Anti-human Sheep Antibody to C1q. Fluorescein Conjugated Polyclonal antibody purified from serum and prepared in buffer with carrier protein and preservative for stabilization.

IMMUNOGEN: Human C1q, purified from plasma

آنتی بادی Human C3c (Polyclonal) -FITC

    نمره 0 از 5

    Anti-Human C3c

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS: The complement factor C3 consists of an alpha and a beta chain. C3 is a central factor in the complement cascade. It is central to the alternative pathway that leads to the C3 convertase C3bBb. The classical mannose binding lectin activation pathway leads to the C3 convertase C4b2a. These convertases cleave C3 resulting in C3a and C3b. Further degradation leads to the formation of the alpha chain products C3d, C3g and C3c. C3 is an acute phase protein that is produced by a wide range of tissues, including renal epithelial cells and hepatocytes. This antibody should be used in conjunction with a panel of antibodies to aid in the identification of C3c in target tissue (e.g., in the diagnosis of renal or dermal pathologies). The interpretation of the results should be always corroborated with those of external controls and integrated with the morphological and clinical aspects for the final diagnosis

COMPOSITION Anti-human Sheep Antibody to C3c. Fluorescein Conjugated Polyclonal antibody purified from serum and prepared in buffer with carrier protein and preservative for stabilization.

IMMUNOGEN: Human C3c purified from plasma

آنتی بادی Human Fibrinogen (Polyclonal) -FITC

     Anti-Human Fibrinogen

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS: Sheep anti Human fibrinogen antibody recognizes human fibrinogen, a complex ~340kDa heterohexameric (ditrimeric) glycoprotein consisting of 3 pairs of α, β and γ chains linked by a series of 29 disulphide bonds. The six chains are arranged in such a way that all the N-Terminal ends adjoin to form a central E domain with two trimeric coiled coil structures connecting to outer D domains. Fibrinogen plays an important role in the coagulation process with the D and E domains interacting via the C Terminal ends of the α chains during fibrin clot cross-linking. Sheep anti human fibrinogen antibody shows minimal cross-reactivity with related serum proteins. Fibrinogen has been identified as a ferritin binding protein in the horse. Sheep anti human fibrinogen antibody has been successfully as a capture reagent for ferritin – anti ferritin IgG complexes in horse plasma to evaluate theantibody response to ferritin by ELISA

This antibody should be used in conjunction with a panel of antibodies to aid in the identification of fibrinogen in target tissue (e.g., in the diagnosis of renal or dermal pathologies).

آنتی بادی Human Lambda Light Chain (Mc24-IC6) -FITC

    نمره 0 از 5

    Anti-Human Lambda Light Chain

     DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS:

All five immunoglobulin classes share the same basic four polypeptide chain structure of two heavy-chains and two light chains. There are five heavy chain types, and two light-chain types (Kappa and Lambda) both having a molecular weight of 22.5kDa. Any heavy-chain type can associate with either light-chain type, but on any immunoglobulin molecule both light-chains are of the same type. Kappa and Lambda consist of a variable region and a constant region and can easily be differentiated by the antigenic properties of the constant region. The ratio of Kappa to Lambda is 70:30 , the vast majority of which is bound to heavy-chain in immunoglobulin. In normal individuals low levels of free light-chain arepresent in serum (kappa, 1.6-15.2 mg/L; Lambda, 0.4-4.2mg/L), with the occurrence of multiple myeloma or other B-cell malignancies these levels can be greatly elevated and can be found at high levels in the urine (Bence-Jones proteins).

     COMPOSITION

Anti-human Mouse Antibody to Lambda Light Chain. Fluorescein Conjugated Monoclonal antibody purified from serum and prepared in buffer with carrier protein and preservative for stabilization.

     IMMUNOGEN: Purified human IgG.
