PathoSage 1 step HRP Detection system Peroxidase Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG with DAB, is intended for use in immunohistochemistry for the detection of mouse or rabbit antibodies.
Specification:
PathoSage 1 step HRP Detection systems are good for single antigen staining, sequential double staining, and cross-reactivity reduction. These systems consist of micropolymers attached to highly cross-adsorbed, affinity-purified secondary antibodies that penetrate more deeply into thicker sections. These systems therefore provide specific primary antibody binding and avoid steric hindrance concerns. One-step systems also have a shorter assay time, so you get crisp images faster.
PathoSage 1 step detection system, peroxidase Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit HRP plus DAB, is a Ready-to-Use system that has been manufactured to give an optimal staining, when using the protocol advised in this IFU.
